" People often talk about the 'best laid plans of mice, and men' and this is an example of the phenomenon of the previous two decades. The name of the 'Company' was based on the three tectonic plates located near Papua New Guinea, there was a circular in the Financial Times alluding to the phenomenon that causes 'Tsunamis', 'Monsoons' and other challenges to Eco-Security. Even the erstwhile Janet Yellen is on board for engaging the phenomenon head on! Well that's the back story stretching back to 2012 when my first company in Tampa, Florida, was incorporated by the Commerce Department of Zephyrhills: 'Triple Plate Ltd'.

The idea for the companies name came from Triple Plate Junction, much in the vein of Bre-X, looking for gold because of the protruding crust of the three plates. They were a limited success but the excitement of listening 'Ring of Fire' and my background in living in Japan proved too much a temptation as a name for a Holdings Company.

Sentiments

The Mariana Trench near the triple plate is the deepest in the world responsible for a large portion of the earths volcanic activity. it's 2,550 km in length, 69 km in width, and 11,022 m deep is home to some of the most exotic sea creatures on earth.

The Deep Sea Drilling Program has around 500 drills world wide, with varying tactics in maintaining sustainability, many forms of which are disputed among geologists and green organizations. Now the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program (ODP) remains the last version of the Glomar Challenger expeditions of the 1970s. Out-crys to these drillings remain GRIP (Greenland Ice Core Project), which was terminated, 17th July 2003, at 3,084.99m granite bedrock and a drill filling style known as grouting (still in contention).

The years tragedies have not just been in the calculation of the COVID losses, but in the ecological disasters that transpired in the United States, the heroism of the recovery through both has made people cry, and smile, but I'm hoping in conclusion a more buoyant and hopeful place to be moving forward.
