1. How are (you) (doing)?
This being the first journal entry on 'well being',
I'll be borrowing largely from others, a sense of excitement with medical/psychological factoids.
I hope you enjoy!!
Does anyone remember the beginning of 'House: the Series'..???
Well, to recap, was it LL Cool J, plays the part of a 'violent offender',
..temporarily released to 'Gregory House's care, part played by Hugh Laurie, as the famous medical diagnostician...
The patient then behaves badly despite being treated well, as the similarly rebellious doctors' uncertain reflection, in the series...
The 'Series' goes on for 8 seasons with the unwavering 'rebel-genius-doctor' solving case after case of #medical-mis-diagnosis and journal anomalies.
The mentioned above episode wasn't about the man's poor behavior but about his general condition.
He had a undetectable tumor pressing on his hypothalamus ever so slightly producing an huge excess of 'aggression' to quote 'The Glossary of Psychology, Oxford':
This controls:
'The endocrine glands, and autonomic nervous system' ..
The judge on appeal, and after surgery and therapy, and on doctor's recommendation released him...
The endocrine glands, and autonomic nervous system ..

Be Safe!! And be aware of your (#endocironology, thoughts) and (actions)!
A simple:
'how are (you) (doing)?'
Is all it takes!
Have a great day!

2. How are (things)?
The second entry is the effect of the 'cold' on holiday greetings, and other, at times embarrassing functions.
Growing old is not funny!
I got back to the UK in 2004, 22 years of age, taking my protein from gorgonzola cheese, and practically a vegetarian, non-smoker.
There wasn't anyone around, and the medical part of my journey, I've used to offset some of the anxieties felt around SAD in a previous article .. essentially I was marooned, physically and emotionally. Not to mention the impossible tasks ahead of me.
At this time of year, now 40, and fortunately feeling more like myself causing what you might call a rift with familial patterns of parenting, my joints ache, if I've imbibed my spleen hurts, and if I've slept strangely I have to stretch.
This is my chance to help the elder generation via more likely the younger more 'family conscious' of us cross a generational boundary that from a previous period in history may be disconcerting...
Hey I don't do diagrams, and I sit for way too long during the day to find this kind of thing funny, but my favorite teacher in Oxford Mr.Cowin was in class one morning giving me a hard time for my first name being Lewis, he was an English teacher, then the next day he was dead. Prostate cancer. Just like that...
On the picture to the right, please excuse me for the annotations, as it was used previously on Instagram, as a topic of conversation, and as an entry point back into 'Covid Concern'.
(The Daily Telegraph; Encyclopedia of Vitamins, Minerals & herbal Supplements, Dr. Sarah Brewer)
I was basically orphaned at ten so despite of Mr.Cowins digs I was looking for a parent substitute and he died. So 'essential fatty acids'. And any major concerns visit:

Here's the equation for all you med students and concerned children in the Charitable season.
It just might be the right present! #savealife
And as usual have a great holiday season!!
